I took this video a couple weeks ago with a GoPro attached to our small-plot research sprayer. I thought I’d post it here in case anyone was interested in how we apply herbicides for our research. We also use a lot of hand equipment, but this rig works great for our larger studies (4 acres in this particular trial). A commercial rig could cover 4 acres in just a few minutes, but it took us about 6 hours to do the whole thing, 3 liters at a time!each 3-liter bottle covers an area 10 feet wide by about 180 feet long. The video is sped up 10x, so in the 3.5 minute video, you’re actually getting about 35 minutes of real-time.
